How to make a multiple lines field in a form?

i'm trying create form description field requires more 1 field. problem when fills field letter gets smalller make text fir instead of continuing write in following field. there anyway conect multiples fields continue write , keeps form looking gracefully?

it text size auto decreases because have font size set auto. want desired feature, not built-in feature , i've never seen graceful implementation using scripting. think it's better redesign multiline field can used instead of separate fields each line.
