Unable to save / close any open article on Joomla3 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

super urgent

we have number of joomla 3 (latest version ) web sites today started showing same problem:
logging in system admin , trying backend edit article.
can open article using jce editor, source code shows , 'toggle view' link not shown.
the article cannot saved or closed , browser page 'hangs'
we've tried different systems , browsers , joomla editors problem persists across of our web sites.
our hosting provider can find no problems server(s).
any suggestions, cannot manage of our existing hosted sites.

toggle view or toggle editor? open debugger , @ console. need more details because haven't met problem.

regarding 'save' - clear cache/everything in browser after update (problem known when updating low !j versions)

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
