Render all Transitions and Effects. Why?

i working on project in ppro cs 6 , everytime put down crossfade have render it. why?

 

in fact when put down kind of effect on clip or transition between clips, has render. 

 

do all  transitions  , effects have rendered?

 

is there seting can change this?

 

thanks in advance

depends on hardware, sequence settings , source material. did not tell that, there nobody can tell whether normal.
