Banding at magnification lower than 64%

seriously cant figure out. when i'm viewing photo @ zoom lower 64% banding kicks in. @ zoom higher 63% smoothed out. it's giving me hard time when i'm trying retouch big files @ lower magnification because cant know until zoom in i'm removing exist or not!

i know it's issue regards displaying preview of 16bit image 8bit image. checking in many ways , appears in 16bit mode. i'm quite quality maniac retouch in 16bit mode , prophoto color space give myself bit more room play post production.

please take @ snaps made using windows snipping tool. images in prophoto color space have tried in rgb , looks quite same.

can guys let me know normal, suffers way am? if not how fix it?

i'm on windows 7 ultimate 64bit, 64gb memory, intel i7 processor, geforec gtx680 gpu.

there 1 more crazy think cant understand. again great know other ps users have same problems , it's impossible fix or there way.

 

banding in prophoto color space has weird colors doesn't appear in rgb.i have read on forum disabling opencl , changing cache levels 1 can halp. in case helps regards banding colors in prophoto, doesn't make difference when became seeing banding when changing zoom.
