Cant download online content?

got problem downloading online content (instant movie). got 1000/1000 connection, and
i tryed reinstall software.. nothing helps!

any suggestions im doing wrong?

 

download bar goes 95% starts on again , again , again..!

it appears error message (with red border), cannot read says. tell message says?
