Licensing Question: Can I embed an Adobe font in a HTML Adobe AIR application?

i building html adobe air desktop application , i'm using adobe font in design. font itc avant garde gothic , licensed preview & print. i'm assuming embedding font in air app no different embedding in pdf (which allowed) need make sure. emailed type e-mail address week ago guess they're on vacation because i've gotten no response.

 

any appreciated.

this thorny issue , best way avoid legal obligations use web-fonts instead.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
