Unable to re-upgrade to Joomla 3.6 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i accidentally waited long upgrade older version of joomla, , found hacked aministrator users on site. updated 3.6.4. nervous had done site, asked hosting company restore files few days prior (they not able restore database). undid upgrade, when go in upgrade again, says there not updates available, because database not restored, , somewhere in database telling system have latest version.

does make sense? need upgrade , can't figure out how.

update: see instructions on how upgrade manually, don't know find package. maybe i'm blind, this page doesn't show upgrade package 3.4.x.

please help!

before manually update change update component settings in options , set "testing" , see , post back

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
