What access do my "Business Owner" admins have?

we built bc site difficult client.

it hard paid , don't want work them anymore.

 

it looks site locked our partner portal though, , have no ability "hand on keys".

the option see follow "rebuild scratch" process.

do have @ all?

what (if anything) our client unable through "business owner" admin accounts?

because these not adobe ids, restricted?

 

can use ftp client manage files?

can modify aspects of bc site (aside admin account removal, guess)?

 

i'm kind of hoping can take back-seat role without doing full site migration... won't fly if can't administer site fully.

only can raise ticket , let know agrees site transfer , our team can cover process. here partner plans, client aware of costs involved: http://www.businesscatalyst.com/partners

if not option, scenario there workaround available have particular site created partner portal, in case make admin(the client) partner portal user(raise ticket this). point on, new sites you'll have setup new partner account(basically you're hading on partner account client).
