After update to 3.6.4 no Admin access - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have couple of site running in sub directories , after a) trying push button update method, , b) manual sync update) received message "error decoding json data: syntax error " have seen lot of techno babble fixing this, editing database module , extensions table in database (both of fine when checked) backing j 3.6.2 - nothing have done works , have 16 websites need "security update" waiting.

please help. have been using joomla on 10 years, , never experienced amount of mess ups. not programmer can't fix myself without tutorial more knowledgeable :'(

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
