Is it possible to migrate some elements of a lightroom catalog towards photoshop elements organizer?

i have photoshop lightroom-4 catalog , need transfer (if possible) elements photoshop elements-11 organizer.

one way move selected files new folder.

then writing metadata .xmp sidecar files, , importing files organizer.

there big risk : if change in lr or organizer, other software won't aware of changes.

my advice rather 'export' files, makes duplicates, can work on files independently both softwares.
