Admin splash screen but no logon text box - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have made no changes/ upgrades , discovered today /administrator page complete joomla logo, link frontpage (which working fine) no textbox user & passwd.

any ideas?

the cause of "login" administrator module disabled - need enable within phpmyadmin. cause of problem mod_login administrator layout has been deleted, or there permission issues reading it.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
