Change text to background color?

i have large (22"x28") poster filled 8 pt text. have simple image under text. want change parts of text on image image color. basically, want make image out of tiny text , delete image background. of right now, i'm individually selecting text , changing color, bit bit. know there has better way, going take hours! i've been using ai long time , 1 of times i've been stumped! i've included sample image, actual 1 more involved.

find online ascii art generator, upload image, paste in text. gives plenty work from... i'm sure there's scripts somewhere out there....

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
