Problem Transferring CS4 to new PC

downloaded cs4 prodesigntools.com , started install.  seemed accept serial no, stops , prompts me trying perform "upgrade check" , "looked in default locations qualifying products installed on thei machine, none found".  suggests may verify upgrade elegibility completing fields right.  fields right product own , serial no.  products in drop down list "i own" adoe photoshop elements???? 

is cs4 serial number full version or upgrade version?

 

if upgrade, have serial number cs or cs2 or cs3 earlier qualifying version?

 

if not, won't able use cs4 more 30 day free trial period.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
