Has anyone had a problem trying to reinstall an application from Creative Cloud?

on first attempt @ downloading photoshop unsuccesful, deleted incomplete download expecting able download again. when tried, adobe applications manager tells me date photoshop. have emptied trash , restarted machine. has not helped. hepl appreciated!

uninstall application manager, download new version here:

 

macintosh: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4774

windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4773

 

after go creative.adobe.com, sure download language version bought, can check in application manager after login in preferences.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
