How can I print a document that has a file name followed by "(secured)"

i received new certificate of insurance vehicle email , tried print go france on saturday , need copy. printed out blank template. noticed file name "certificate.pdf(secured)"

is there way can print please.

what show security restrictions when select: file > properties > security

 

it's hard why happening without seeing document. there number of possibilities

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
