Email Send Not Working Properly - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

am webmaster...client has been regularly sending out mass emails no trouble. last week, sent out mass email , recvd lot of complaints users didn't receive them. i'm not familiar enough joomla offer advice have happened. (uses v.2.5.28)

could cache problem? i'm @ loss.
any advice appreciated asap.

hello,

firstly have tested if site can still send mail? go to:

joomla! global configuration -> send test

on mail settings.

if sends successfully, suggest ask receiptants check spam. , ask host check maillogs.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
