Angel & Clouds

i have angel , picture of clouds. how place angel behind clouds showing half of body.thanks can provided. i'm using elements 11

there several ways this, these pictures lend use of magic wand tool.

 

1. open both pictures see them in project bin.
2. open cloud picture in work area, duplicate background layer, , shut off visibility of background layer  clicking on eye icon
3. on background copy layer, click magic wand tool. on blue sky. used tolerance=10, contiguous checked. hit delete on keyboard. press ctrl+d.
4. turn on visibility of background layer again
5. drag angel picture work area. on own layer. arrange layers between background , background copy layers.
6. now have rid of white background behind angel.. click in white background magic wand , hit delete
7. with move tool, position angel
