I purchased elements 11 for my PC in Nov 2012. I bought a Mac and want to download to it. How

i purchased elements 11 pc in nov 2012. bought mac , want download it. shouldn"t have pay again. how do this?

did buy boxed version or download? if boxed version, out mac disc , install it. if have download, contact adobe sales doing crossgrade.

 

(i know specified want download mac, since many people come here use "download" synonym "install", that's why asked. download serial numbers platform specific, boxed serial numbers can used on either platform or both. if want keep using download in windows , on mac, need buy again, due adobe's incomprehensible policies these things.)

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
