Photoshop CS4 Install: "The Installer Database is corrupt. Please contact Adobe Customer Service"

i installing on brand new hp pc win 7/64.  have deleted caps dbs , still no progress.  has been successful in installing in win 7/64 or screwed , need fork on anothetr grand right adobe masters?  support facility dumped me here...

i , have had installed on win 7/64 laptop on year no issues.  replaced desktop , installing copy 2 on per license.

uninstall cs4 program that's been installed.

run cleaner:  http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer

re-install ps cs4.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
