Participant in Shared Review cannot access PDF

hi,

 

earlier today intiated shared review colleagues work. used gmail account , google contacts add reviewers , sent out pdf. 1 of participants @ first signed adobe id associated personal address, chose create associated work address. however, when uses adobe id, system not allow him access shared review. in tracker, see original email address listed reviewer status "added." work email still in list of "required" reviewers. there way, short of ending shared review , starting again, can grant access other adobe id?

what version of acrobat did use start shared review?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
