Pasted transparent PNG files have a black background

i experiencing issue transparent png files copied chrome , pasted photoshop cs6. background black rather transparent. these images 1 created , exported using "save web". worked fine in cs5 must bug.

 

does know of fix or workaround? have edit images taken our website being able copy image transparency intact important. i'm running cs6 in windows.

a workaround drag png image chrome desktop, should create png file, drag file photoshop.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
