Thread: Ubuntu 11.10 installation failed through USB drive

hi, morning posted post, seems ubuntu 11.10 won't show grub menu after installation. bothers me day , real problem.

tried 32 bit or 64 bit, if install first partition, "missing operating system" after installation -> restart. if install second partition ( save first win 7), "bootmgr missing"

don't have cd drive yet, use either unetbootin or ubuntu 10.10's usb creator make live usb disk, live usb can run itself, after install , restart, computer shows message above.

ordered usb dvd drive backordered. did reading , other people have same isue out there no answer it.

install grub on /dev/sda , , not on partitions /dev/sda1 or /dev/sda2 , etc.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
