Why doesn't my mp4 video play from an HTML5 Course?

i have online course consists of 6 slides.  4 of slides delivering streaming video flash streaming server. per our lms solution provider, have modified streaming path names point mp4 files on streaming server.  have same online course published html/swf scorm2004.  version of course has video place holders pointing same directories on flash streaming server, except stream path/name points flv video files.  course plays fine.  have flash streaming server test tool lms provider can use test mp4 video files ensure stream properly.  have tested stream names point mp4 files using tool , video file stream fine.  when launch same course our lms using content published in captivate 6 html5 aicc specs, course launches mp4 video files not play. keep in mind set stream , not download.  can advance thru slides using playbar, video not play.  else having kind of problem? ideas on can look?

what browser using?  browser html5 compliant?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
