500 error indexing zip files of pdf

new install of cf10 , updated mandatory hotfix , update 7.  create collection through cf admin , attempt index contents of directory contains pdf , compressed zip files containing pdf files, add .pdf , .zip list of file extensions index.  500 error , indexing fails.  if attempt index pdf extensions, indexing operation completes on same directory.

 

has else experienced behavior , found fix it?

update: further testing shows .txt files , .ppt files contained within .zip file container indexed successfully.  add .pdf .zip, fails 500 internal server error.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
