Disallow pages / urls for articles and categories - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i'm sorry stupid question - i've searched solution long time in joomla, in goolge , in forums, , can't imagine nobody else has problem, maybe it's because don't know should search for.

basically question is: can "forbid" joomla create accessible pages / urls (esp. separate articles) exept menu item pages?

i have rather small website present me musician, there no blog or benefit catecory or article listings. whole site consists of 6 pages each language accessible directly menu, plus site notice, disclaimer , privacy policy.

but typing according url, can view every category , article separately context meant for, results in display of corrupted page viewer , massive duplicate content search engines. search engines finding these urls , indexing them. of course can e.g. remove them index in google search console, can't best solution in long term. also, can set access levels categories on non-public, that's not possible articles since won't show @ all, in context of pages meant fore.

at moment, there numerous urls /content/articles/... , /(examplecat1)/(exampleart1) .
johannes-kuenel.de/sitemap.xml shows pages intended , registered sitemap in google search console , bing webmaster tools, they're ignoring , said, i'm anyway hoping way don't have these article-urls.

thank in advance!
johannes

if article doesn't have menu item set access level registered ... or put in category has access level registered. can create view/access level no user group placed in (or place super user in it) https://docs.joomla.org/j3.x:access_con ... t_tutorial
