Migrating to Lightroom 4 from PSE Organizer 10

i ready make move pse 10 organizer lightroom 4.  i'll trial first of course.  understand adobe recommended  method to  upgrade organizer catalog (after doing backups , reconnecting missing files).   john r. ellis guidance on migrating lightroom 3 recommended  writing keyword tags files.   there advantage doing thatt?

i add keywords after importing images naturally workflow.

it's easy add keywords in lr multiple, 100s of images after have been imported.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
