ADE 2.0 and Nook Simple Touch

my nook simple touch authorized, when try open library book on nook error message. message reads, "error dialog - user not activiated" when pull device authorization information ade 2.0 says device activated. suggestions on how work around this?

it gets in half-authorized state.  try deauthorizing device (ctrl-shift-e ade device plugged in), restart ade (maybe not necessary), , reauthorize device.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
