Just installed Premiere Pro CS5, impossible to run, error code: 1

hello. installed premiere pro cs5 first time, can't run it. following error code:

uninstall , reinstall product.

if problem persists, contact adobe technical support assistance in specifying error code appears @ bottom of screen.

check tech specs premiere against of computer see if there mismatch.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
