what steps need take convert highly formatted book of 412 pages indesign pagemaker 7.0.1a?

i have windows 7 ultimate. have creative suite premium cs3. need update cs1 or cs2 before going cs6? plan sign cs6 cloud annual membership.

no need upgrade intermediate versions.

 

id should able open pm file, should un-embed images , make sure links date before making conversion or you'll screen previews. , conversion near perfect near useless, depending on pm file structure itself.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
