Compressing .mov and keeping alpha without changing to .flv

hello,

 

i trying run .mov file alpha through adobe media encoder compressed .mov file alpha. 

 

i found change file type .flv on2 vp6 codec, cannot use because file type must .mov.  bringing compressed .mov unity movie texture , unity accept .mov .mpg .mpeg .mp4 .avi .asf.

 

is there way can run .mov alpha through ame , compressed .mov alpha?

i'm confused.  if you're starting .mov file alpha, , need end .mov alpha, why running through ame?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
