Downloading Actions into PSE11

how download actions internet pse 11? file should go in on computer or matter.  new photoshop , still learning. thanks!

you need compatible atn file. can put in documents or create new folder actions.

 

then go actions pane in exprt mode , click on menu list (top right) , choose load actions, navigate atn file.

 

open image, highlight action , click play button.
