Getting billed twice

i signed basic service past october, , i'm billed on 26th of each month.  on december 31st, paid $143.88 , upgraded annual premium plan.  still being charged monthly basic service @ $14.99/mo.   see can turn off auto-renewal (i have thought automatic when upgraded), i'm concerned cancelling 1 of 2 open accounts, somehow entire account stop functioning , i'll lose forms.

 

what great refund past 2 or 3 months on basic service , ensurance won't charged again until annual renewal end of year.

we've cancelled formscentral basic subscription , refunded renewal charges december, january , february.

 

this change should have had no effect on existing forms.

 

please let know if there's else can with!

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
