How can I put photos in the layers palette so I can put one over the other.

how can take 3 photos in project bin , place them in levels can use portions of each photo, , layer them?

  1. open blank, new file file menu (file>new>blank file). enter width & height of paper stock, resolution 300 px/in, background white, or other color.  canvas. ideally, resolution should same value of 3 pictures.
  2. open picture #1, , 1 of selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, select object want
  3. go edit menu>copy place on clipboard
  4. go canvas
  5. go edit>paste, , object on own layer.
  6. use move tool position object, , resize corner handles of bounding box
  7. repeat pictures 2&3

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
