Not sending an email after manual activation of registration - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support


hello,

i've noticed joomla 3.5.1 not sending email registrant after manual enabling , activation of registration.
i guess registrant should notified when account enabled.
is normal behaviour?
i use php mail option.
next noticed email (that have wait until account approved) not send out. notified on , manually enabling account did not work. registrant not log in. removed account , created new one. registrant log-in.

i use manual activation because of many many interests of spammers , such. next use plugins keep them away.

edit: way use community builder too, , takes on part of login/registration, 1 responsible joomla or cb?

i having same issue, tried clean installation free of plugins , problem seems joomla 3.5.1 regarding emails.
is else experience same?
if of don't have problem on v 3.5.1 please share email setup?
if instead have wait next release solve problem, latest stable version of joomla avoid problem? :eek:
