Server wants to close down my Joomla site because of this: - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi!

i updated old joomla page 3.6.5 , updated components , rest of site.

still server company says there security issue , want close page if can't fix/delete these files:

would possible delete them server?
would joomla page still work?

please me page doesn't close.

ask them exact security issues there are. , deleting core files never good
