error message

when click on "convert" message "an error occurred while trying access service.

could try these steps:

• choose edit > preferences (win) or adobe reader > preferences (mac)
• click 'adobe online services' on left-hand side
• sign out of our adobe id , sign in.
• try convert document again.

if continue have trouble, please verify can access service via web interface.  this:

• open browser , navigate http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html
• try log in adobe id (email address) , password
• once logged in, follow on-screen prompts convert file
