"Proceed to Checkout" in the wrong currency

hi there,

 

i have developed form , have chosen link our paypal account in order receive payments online.  however, currency used defaults usd though paypal account set cad.  can changed?  on paypal account set canada. paypal says problem lies adobe, i'm hoping there's setting can change fix this.  otherwise, not work out

just understand looking for, issue change currency cad, , change doesn't "stick", or looking guidance on how change currency?

 

if issue latter, , want know how set currency form, can find setting in options under "language , formatting".  pick desired currency symbol (in case, "$ (cad)").
