Audio will not appear when I "Right click on timeline"

i working on video @ moment, it's pretty painfull because tying adjust audio. when try adjust audio of 1 of video's within timeline thing tha appears "motion".

in tutorial, when right-clicks correct features show up:

how correct this?

blue clips in timeline imported video. can contain audio.

purple clips in timeline contain graphics. cannot contain audio.

there can green audio tracks @ bottom of timeline.

 

you right-clicked on purple graphic clip cannot contain audio.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
