PDF Document could not be saved

a pdf file e-mailed me when tried save got error messagae: "the document not saved.  there problem reading document (109)".  using acrobat x.  saved document outlook (save attachment) without obvious problem or error.  opened document, added name , wife's , tried save it.  got same error.  have never encountered problem saving pdf file.  can this?

the pdf corrupt, sender send copy of pdf file.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
