Printing of multiple entry text boxes from web-forms

dear sir,

i distributed on-line cv form made on adobe webform central collecting data.

when print downloaded pdf versions of submitted forms, mulitple line text entry boxes did not print data entered them.

what should print text/data entered in multiple line text entry boxes?

 

[as alternative, tried converting pdf .doc word files printing ..but generates errors @ many places

e.g. drop down menu shows top choice or yes/ no type of single entry response .....displays both].
