Server error after update to 3.6.4 (Fatal error: Class 'JCache' not found) - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

just been updating our sites 3.6.4 , 1 of them returning internal server error. both site , admin wont load , return blank page.

i don't know version updated from, think recent (3.6.3 or there abouts).

turning error reporting max gives following error: fatal error: class 'jcache' not found in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/libraries/joomla/factory.php on line 286

i've had @ factory.php file /libraries/joomla/cache/cache.php believe it's referring , both identical other 3.6.4 installs.

any ideas?

ps. we've rolled site pre-install version it's still live, i'm hesitant re-try upgrade without knowing happened in case happens again.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
