Table of Contents layout

has sucessfully created table of contents layout?

 

i trying below, there list of sections & subsections , page numbers aligned - looks pretty in forms central, when create downloadable .pdf layout gets blown out & page numbers not aligned anymore.

 

any thoughts on why happening & can done produce neat looking table of contents?

 

section ii:    section title here………………………10

                                                                                                                                   

section iii:   longer section title here……….....12

                          sub section title 1…....................................12

                          sub section title 2 few more characters...16

                          sub section title 3 less characters…………19

would please share more infomation or picture? what's form tables looks like? it's helpful more investigation.  thanks!
