403 error for webcrawlers - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i'm getting 403 forbidden error seo service , google webmaster tools trying crawl website, working normal browsing. there setting in joomla! needs changed or how can fix this? i've searched can think of , nothing seems help. home page that's getting error because if run google webmaster fetch tool other page, successful.

i can think of 3 causes problem:

- weird .htaccess rules (revert standard .htaccess file , try crawl website google webmaster tools).
- seo plugin or firewall plugin website.
- hacked website.

i check first .htaccess rules before looking other possible causes.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
