Anyone know this error message: Adobe Illustrator CS5 15.0.1 Update Installation failed. Error Co

very new , green illustrator.

have used once or twice since bought it.

unfortunately when need use - crashes

upon starting up.

i received following error message:

adobe illustrator cs5 15.0.1 update

  installation failed. error code: u44m2p7

 

haven't clue do!

any , direction appreciated.

updates can fail due number of system issue. more prone failing if alter application in way. on macintosh, popular applications such monoligual remove application package contents , therefore cause updates fail.

 

the easiest solution uninstall illustrator cs5 using uninstaller , reinstall illustrator cs5, immediatlly run 15.0.1 update.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
