in wp there programmatic "hooks" can use add additional data tinymce configuration prior tinymce being initialized. wp handles via plugin architecture - can write plugin uses these hooks tweak settings of tinymce when tinymce loaded behaves need.
what joomla equivalent process? have been searching past 30 mins , have come empty. guessing because don't know start search terms might irrelevant joomla.
