GLitch in CS6 when attempting to open program makes it impossible to use

i running windows 7 64 bit on pc. don't know did, every time attempt open preimere, window won't let me drag around, chime sound hear when there sub command window open, assume 1 wants me set stage editing. since window opens top visible, have no idea happening. can't close or fix or move it. hit return key causes program close baffles me too.

 

so @ time unable use program. tried installing recent update, think screwed last time used it.

you might try resetting preferences:

hold down alt key while launch pr.

keep holding down until see pr welcome screen.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
