Google Tag Manager Plugin - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all, not developer. i'm search engine optimizer has been hired work on joomla site , don't have experience joomla (but have lot of experience wp , drupal).

i need seems simple -- add google tag manager site. want via plugin because right have access joomla backend don't have access hosting files hard code gtm code template.

the site v 3.6.0 can direct me 'how to' on gtm , joomla?

i read online should use plugin manager or extension manager section, there isn't 1 available (that i'm seeing) under plugins. possible don't have admin access site or looking in wrong place?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
