"Max simultaneous tempalate requests" is shown as "-1", set and restart yields unstable server

after chf4 applied cf901 (standard) , updated run jre7 on windows server 2008, "max simultaneous tempalate requests" shown "-1". 

 

we checked neo-runtime.xml , of limits normal.  have no idea "-1" come from.

 

we try setting sensible value (i.e. 25) , restart, , cf server becomes unstable.  couldn't log cf administrator.  other live cf site go down few minutes, , again next few minutes.  cpu activity close 0, ram usage stable.  cf server logs shows nothing wrong, http log did not requests iis when it's down.

 

what's wrong?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
