Odd horizontal lines

i using smudge tool, moving vertically, when of sudden these 2 blue lines dropped down top:

i have tried undo-ing, erasing, selecting, painting over, hiding layers, won't disappear. closed program , reopened it, , still nothing happened. i'm not sure how got there, because i'd hate start picture on again.

 

edit: found out lines not embedded in file. ex: saved jpeg, , when opened it, lines no longer there. or in preview image not there. still know how got there.

those guides can dragged out ruler.

 

you can rid of going view>clear guides

 

they should still there in saved jpeg , if go view , click on guides see them?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
