Problem converting photoshop text to editable text

first , foremost, hello everyone, , in advance comes thread, try thorough possible when describing what's happening.

 

the problem when try convert text of imported photoshop file editable text in after effects, text happens @ angle, or upside down @ time of conversion magically , without warning rights each letter. here couple photos better describe , showcase what's happening.

 

here layers before convert them (this zoomed in section of bigger arrangement of text)

 

 

and here layers after i've converted text editable text.

 

 

as can see, after effects keeping overall alignments , angles of words in tact while simultaneously converting letters right side up...

 

the steps i've used here follows:

 

-create typographic design in adobe illustrator cs6, text @ various sizes , orientations

-export said illustrator file .psd file color model rgb, 300ppi (have tried every option), preserve text editability, maximum editability, type optimized anti-aliasing, , embed icc profile.

-open after effects cs 6
-import created .psd file composition, editable layer styles

-locate text layers , convert them editable text

-frantically try every option can think of fix this

 

so far, i've been able discern exporting illustrator file .psd must going wrong, i've tried converting text created in photoshop no such effects.

 

i can convert text in illustrator outlines, , thusly import that, , create shape layers outlines, i'd rather prefer keep text editable many reasons, namely ability use text animators (as kinetic typography video) , because text in illustrator on 1 layer, , such when import them after effects, 1 shape layer comprised of hundreds of groups.

 

so, hoping 1 of has run issue before , there small option of button have press maintain text orientation...

however, if no such things exist, love know of work arounds possible, including how distribute text in illustrator across mnay layers, giving each word it's own seperate layer, making shape layers in after effects easier.

how transform text in ai? paragraph text?
